Your job?
Your role will be to be the CEO's right-hand person for finance, administration, and automation. Specifically:
- Take charge of all internal finance: invoicing, customer follow-up, reminders, preparation of documents for the board and investors.
- Implement and improve financial reporting and KPI processes.
- Manage various administrative tasks (contracts, official documents, etc.).
- Drive the automation of our internal processes.
- Support the CEO on ad-hoc tasks: document creation, market watch, organization, project follow-up.
Candidate Profile
- Junior with a solid foundation in finance/management/admin (internship/first experience).
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with digital tools, you love to automate and optimize.
- Startup mindset: versatile, pragmatic, detail-oriented, you're not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- You understand a company's financial challenges (reporting & cash monitoring).
- Highly curious, with an interest in investment and the startup world.
- Good judgment, energy, reliability, and a strong desire to work.
