Your job?

Your role will be to be the CEO's right-hand person for finance, administration, and automation. Specifically:

  • Take charge of all internal finance: invoicing, customer follow-up, reminders, preparation of documents for the board and investors.
  • Implement and improve financial reporting and KPI processes.
  • Manage various administrative tasks (contracts, official documents, etc.).
  • Drive the automation of our internal processes.
  • Support the CEO on ad-hoc tasks: document creation, market watch, organization, project follow-up.

Candidate Profile

  • Junior with a solid foundation in finance/management/admin (internship/first experience).
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with digital tools, you love to automate and optimize.
  • Startup mindset: versatile, pragmatic, detail-oriented, you're not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • You understand a company's financial challenges (reporting & cash monitoring).
  • Highly curious, with an interest in investment and the startup world.
  • Good judgment, energy, reliability, and a strong desire to work.
